Boundary Wall Construction
Solid structural brick, block, and concrete boundary walls built with steel-reinforced foundations, expansion joints, and plaster finishes in Knysna, Sedgefield, and Plettenberg Bay.
Secure Your Property Borders with Engineered Walls
Boundary walls are heavy structures. Without steel-reinforced concrete foundations, brick walls can crack, lean, and collapse due to soil shifting and wind pressures. Building walls with expansion joints and weep holes is essential.
We build boundary walls using clay facebricks, concrete blocks, plastered finishes, and precast concrete walls. We manage the process from trenching, pouring concrete footings, bricklaying, column construction, installing weep holes and expansion joints, to final plastering and painting.
Steel-Reinforced Concrete Footings: We dig deep foundation trenches, lay steel mesh rebar, and pour concrete to prevent wall shifting.
Brick, Block & Plaster Walls: We build block or brick walls finished with smooth plaster, column details, and weather-proof copings.
Precast Concrete Walling: Quick and cost-effective boundary solutions using concrete wall slabs and upright posts.
Our Boundary Wall Process
We build according to SANS masonry regulations, prioritizing trench depth, reinforcing steel, and brick bond patterns.
Trenching & Rebar
We excavate foundation trenches down to solid load-bearing soil, assemble steel rebar cages, and lay level guide lines.
Foundation Concrete Pour
We pour structural concrete into the trench, compact it to remove air pockets, and level it as the wall base.
Bricklaying & Columns
We lay bricks or blocks in cement mortar, build structural support columns at intervals, and fit expansion joint boards.
Plastering & Coping Tops
We apply smooth sand-cement plaster, mount sloped concrete wall copings to shed rainwater, and paint the wall surfaces.
