We design and build custom carports and afdakke. We construct timber frames using treated wood poles, build light metal frame shelters, lay down polycarbonate or metal roof sheeting (Aluzinc, Colorbond), hook up gutter tie-ins, and secure support posts in concrete foundations.
Treated Timber & Metal Framing: We build carports using H3/H4 treated pine poles or lightweight, structural metal frames designed for strength.
Anti-Corrosive Coastal Roofs: We fit high-quality polycarbonate panels or rust-resistant Aluzinc roof sheeting to protect vehicles and patios.
Secure Wind-Resistant Anchors: We sink posts deep in concrete foundations and use heavy-duty galvanized structural connectors.

We mark support post coordinates, excavate foundation holes, and coat timber pole bottoms with bitumastic sealer.
Post Casting & Beam Framing
We erect structural posts, cast concrete bases, mount main support beams, and install rafters with joist hangers.
Roof Sheeting Installation
We screw on Aluzinc or polycarbonate sheets using roofing fasteners with EPDM washer seals to ensure leak-free covers.
Flashings & Rainwater Setup
We install wall flashing seals, set barge boards, mount gutters, run downpipes, and apply timber treatments.
