We build custom pole barns, open agricultural sheds, animal stables, hay barns, and farm equipment shelters. We use structural H4 CCA-treated poles, robust timber rafters, anti-corrosive metal sheeting, and assemble structures using heavy-duty galvanized structural bolts.

CCA H4 Treated Support Poles: Heavy-duty structural pine poles embedded in deep concrete bases to resist rot, moisture, and pests.

Wide-Span Open Timber Barns: Economical farm buildings with wide clearance bays for tractors, farm equipment, hay storage, or stables.

Corrosive-Resistant Metal Sheet: Galvanized or Colorbond roofing and side cladding sheets designed to withstand coastal weather elements.

We clear and level the footprint, mark structural post positions, and excavate deep holes to support the heavy poles.

Pole Setting & Alignment

We paint pole bases with bitumastic sealers, align them vertically, cast concrete footings, and brace them.

Timber Framing & Girts

We bolt main structural roof beams to the poles, mount rafters, and install horizontal timber girts for side cladding.

Roofing & Cladding

We screw on corrugated metal roof and wall sheets, install flashings, barge boards, and fit large sliding barn doors.
