Modernise Your Electrical System for Modern Loads

Older homes often have degraded rubber-insulated wires, corroded copper lines, or systems that lack adequate earthing protection. With the high power demands of modern appliances, outdated wiring is a major hazard.

We rewire residential properties, replacing dangerous wiring with SABS-approved, PVC-insulated copper cables fed through secure conduits. We upgrade distribution boards, fit modern switches, and issue a certified Certificate of Compliance (COC) once complete.

Complete Wire Upgrades: We replace old, deteriorated rubber-insulated wires with safe, modern SABS PVC-coated copper cables.

Conduit & DB Rebuilding: We route cables through protective PVC wall conduits and install clean, modern DB boards with safety breakers.

Certified COC Compliance: All rewiring jobs are fully tested and certified with an official electrical Certificate of Compliance.

Our Rewiring Process

We coordinate rewiring room-by-room, minimizing disruption to your home while ensuring all work meets SANS 10142 codes.

01

System Audit & Plan

We inspect your home's current wiring, map circuit loads, plan layout positions for new plugs/switches, and isolate power.

02

Cable Draw & Conduit Route

We remove old wiring, lay down fire-rated PVC conduits inside walls and roofs, and feed through new copper cables.

03

DB Board & Outlet Fit

We wire the distribution board with circuit breakers, earth leakage relays, and mount new plug sockets and switches.

04

Testing & Certification

We run polarity, earth loop impedance, and insulation tests before restoring power and issuing the electrical COC.
