Level Paving Solutions Engineered for Heavy Traffic
Uneven paving, loose brick edges, and sinking slabs are the result of poor ground compaction and sub-base preparation. Paving needs to be engineered correctly to handle vehicle wheel loads and water runoff.
We install concrete pavers, clay bricks, flagstones, and paving slabs. We focus on ground excavation, laying down thick, compacted crusher run sub-bases, applying weed barriers, laying pavers in uniform patterns, and building strong concrete edge restraints to lock the paving in place.

Our Paving Process
We follow SABS paving codes, prioritizing slope leveling for drainage and compacting the base layers thoroughly.
Excavation & Slope Setup
We excavate the topsoil, set grid lines, establish correct fall levels for water drainage, and compact the sub-grade soil.
Base Compaction
We lay down crusher run gravel, moisten it, and compact it using heavy mechanical plate compactors to create a stable base.
Screed Sand & Laying
We lay down river sand, screed it smooth, lay paving bricks in the chosen pattern, and cut edge bricks to fit.
Edge Locking & Sanding
We cast concrete edge beams, sweep fine plaster sand into the paved joints, and pass a plate compactor over the surface to lock bricks.
